These syringes are intended to be used to extract the sterile imuno out of the vial. Using an alcohol swab would be great just to keep the bottle clean.

We recommend not to use the whole vial applicator unless you want to use the whole vial TODAY (for many people). 

If you are new, make sure to shake the vial before using and don't take out more than you need.  You may want excess drops in coconut oil for topical distribution. See the product page for imuno cream to get ideas for using this versatile product.
