02.b What are the ingredients of Bravo GcMAF Yogurt?

This photo is of the current packaging of Bravo Yogurt.  There are many different packaging variations that were used over the past 4 years. This is mostly so you can identify the packages and what is in them.

The expiration dates are current for this batch of product (7/18/2019)  The expiration date is in the title of each product.  "Best until 5/20" is because that is the first expiration date on this kit of 3 envelopes"

Use one of each of these envelopes with 4 cups of milk in each batch you make.

Some people have contention with a few of the more "active" ingredients.  They occur here in small ratio, like a homeopathic, intended to stimulate the immune system to action.  Then the immune system can go on to greater targets.

When the immune response stops, it is usually because the tissue is still and without the necessary movement.  Bravo Yogurt brings that necessary movement.

Elimination of grains and the chemicals used to harvest them have also stopped the gut movement.  It is necessary to source cleaner products for our diets.  Using almond flour instead of grains is helpful.  See Keto Genic Diet .

Store powders in a cool, dark environment.
Powders are very stable thus they can be shipped without any refrigeration.
However, to extend the shelf life of the powders and to preserve their integrity and efficacy we suggest to store the BRAVO  Kit into the refrigerator (about 5°C), far from humidity, in its original envelope.
